great location canal view spacious room comfortable bed
The location is superb. trams stop right outside. restaurants and bars are really close by. the hotel upgraded my room to a canal view room. It was spacious. i found it gorgeous. the room was quiet. the bed was super comfortable.
the pillows were too thick, really. i wish there were thinner options available!

staff provide helpful suggestions for nearby dining. i found the provided tram information useful for getting around. the room had a nespresso machine, so i used it. i appreciated the complimentary prosecco offered upon arrival.
the gym facility was poor.

the front desk personnel offered parking suggestions. assistance with luggage storage was available after check-out. staff were nice. service was prompt with room requests, it was quick.

great location clean room
the location was great. it was close to tram stops and walkable into the centrum. the room was modern and clean and accomodated my family. the residential neighborhood has stores and shops nearby.
the room was very dark. it faced a wall so there was barely any daylight. the bathroom wasn't sound proof. i could hear everything through the shutters, it was not very private.

glass door poor temperature
The room proved disappointing. The bathroom lacked soundproofing. Its glass door. The temperature was hard to control because there was no air conditioning.
